performed a diagnostic Inspection and found low coolant. scan vehicle found cylinder 4 Misfire remove spark plug and found sings of coolant contamination on the spark plug, use borescope to inspect cylinder and found a wash off cylinder. at this point no other inspection can be performed. concluding the cylinder head are damage. tare dawn of the engine must be performed.
